Meet the Team
Who We Are
We are a married couple who came together as therapists who have also gone through our own healing journeys over the course of more than a decade. We have seen the many benefits of professional therapy firsthand in our professional and personal lives, and our goal is for you to walk away from the process feeling more connected to yourself and others.
In our practice, we use IFS, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and CBT, among a variety of other services, to help treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health issues in Colorado Springs. What differs about our approach is that we aren’t interested in diagnosing or overpathologizing, but instead focus on building greater attunement and a deeper knowledge of self, which inevitably leads to healing.
