Meet the Team

Who We Are

We are a group of therapists who have also gone through our own healing journeys to get to where we are today. We created Alpine Family Counseling because we have seen the many benefits of therapy firsthand in our professional and personal lives, and our goal is for you to walk away from the process feeling more connected to yourself and others.

In our practice, we use modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Narrative, Existential, EFT, Gottman, Gestalt, ACT, and a variety of other services to help treat couples, families, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and various other mental health issues in Colorado Springs. What differs about our approach is that we aren’t overly preoccupied in diagnosing or overpathologizing, but instead focus on building greater attunement and a deeper connection to and knowledge of self, which inevitably leads to healing.
