You might be considering therapy because something feels "off.” Maybe you’re bogged down by feeling stuck, disconnected, or dissatisfied. Therapy can offer a space to examine what’s happening beneath the surface and explore how you would like to move forward with intention. I view it as a collaborative and empowering process, where honesty, humor, and depth can all coexist. I bring a deeply engaged and collaborative spirit to the table to support your healing and exploration.
Despite our best efforts, wellness can often feel elusive. It’s multi-faceted, traditionally described as having six components: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, and occupational. Our work together will help you explore and pursue these components in a way that aligns with your values. As someone deeply invested in the arts and spirituality, I love to incorporate creative forms of healthy coping and self-expression that are unique to your interests. My practice is informed by Existentialism, Gestalt, Adlerian, EFT, and Gottman, always while integrating a trauma-informed lens.
I also believe very strongly in the power of human relationships. Whether your primary relationships are romantic, familial, friendships, or work-centered, they often play a large part in life satisfaction. I hope that we can examine your important relationships together to find healing, create boundaries, and learn to navigate the vulnerability of intimacy with other human beings.
