What is the experience of therapy like at Alpine Family Counseling?
At Alpine Family Counseling, our approach to therapy is one that is curious, compassionate, warm, and relational. Every situation is different and that is why our process begins with us spending time to understand your situation so we can help you accurately. We are focused on walking with you to help you change through foster a deeper, more intentional connection with yourself and others.
How is the experience of therapy different at Alpine Family Counseling?
At Alpine Family Counseling, we believe that true connection comes through the vulnerable, sometimes messy, but deeply rewarding process of attunement. Our method is to address the root of your problems instead of just treating the symptoms. We would liken this to treating the roots of a tree instead of treating the leaves.
How will I meet my therapist for sessions?
At Alpine Family Counseling, we offer both in-person and telehealth for therapy appointments. This enables us to be flexible and give you access to therapy whether you’re local or in a remote location.
