Sometimes life looks fine on the outside, but internally things feel harder, louder, or more exhausting than they need to be.

I was drawn to becoming a therapist because I want to help people experience greater ease, clarity, and choice in their lives and relationships—and because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the therapeutic process can be. Experiencing meaningful shifts in my own life deepened my respect for the courage it takes to show up honestly and engage in change. I’m especially motivated by the moments when something begins to make sense in a new way—when someone recognizes a pattern, feels safer within themselves, or realizes they have more options than they once believed.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, attachment-based perspective, with attention to how experiences are held in both the mind and the body. I support clients in noticing patterns, understanding internal responses, and developing more compassionate and flexible ways of relating to themselves and others.

I work with individuals across a wide range of ages and life experiences who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to offer a space that feels steady, human, and collaborative—where clients feel supported in exploring difficult experiences while reconnecting with their own capacity for insight, resilience, and growth.
