I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, and relational or family challenges. I take an integrative and flexible approach, using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, and the Gottman Method when working with couples.
I view relationships, both with others and with ourselves, as crucial to our overall well being. Whether you are navigating family dynamics, addressing relational challenges, or working toward a more integrated sense of self, our work can focus on increasing insight into patterns, strengthening connection, processing life transitions and hardships and fostering more supportive and sustainable relationship patterns. My goal is to provide a supportive and grounded therapeutic environment where clients can engage in meaningful exploration, build resilience, and move toward greater alignment and fulfillment.
When working with children, adapt interventions to meet each child’s developmental needs, using play-based modalities to support emotional regulation, communication, and growth.
Through play therapy, I help children externalize and process experiences that may be difficult to express verbally. I also collaborate with caregivers to support consistency, strengthen attachment, and reinforce progress made in therapy outside of sessions which I believe is vital for long term therapeutic outcomes.
