Caring for others and assisting with challenges in life has always been a passion of mine. When the turmoil of life rocks a person’s foundation it can be difficult to find solace and know where a safe harbor is. A range of emotions and thoughts can flood in and become disorienting, causing one to feel overwhelmed and without hope.

Through the use of various evidence based therapeutic modalities, I offer my clients the opportunity for respite from the crashing waves of life so they may gain a solid footing and new perspectives. The goal for me as a counselor is to help my clients build skills that provide them with hope and move from floundering towards flourishing in their lives.

I am married and have two children. In my spare time I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my family and our 2 year old puppy. I have lived overseas for many years and have experienced and enjoyed many different cultures of the world. I am a 23 year veteran of the United States Air Force with five deployments.
